Oman: Russia entry requirements

Omani citizens have more than one official short-stay signal: the MFA entry table lists a visa-free route for ordinary passports, and the nationality also appears on the unified e-visa list. Check which route fits your passport, purpose, stay length, entry checkpoint, insurance, and travel date.

For travel on or after 2026-07-01, treat RuID as required if you choose the visa-free branch. If you choose e-visa or another visa route, follow that route's official rules instead.

The visa-free signal is tied to ordinary passports. Do not apply it to diplomatic, service, residence, stateless, or other document routes without checking the MFA row.

• You will enter Russia with a passport issued by Oman.
• You are planning an ordinary short stay, not a diplomatic, crew, employment, residence, asylum, or special-permit route.
• You will recheck the MFA table, e-visa service, carrier, and consular route close to the travel date.
