Ruvoya is not a government service, bank, telecom operator, or migration agency. Do not upload or send sensitive identity documents to us.

• No passport numbers, passport scans, migration cards, visas, registration papers, biometric data, or bank-card details.
• No runtime AI chat for legal, banking, telecom, or migration advice in the MVP.
• No document storage account for users.

If you submit feedback or contact us, we store only what you choose to write so the team can review the report.

• Optional email address, if you provide one.
• Page path, content type, feedback category, rating, and message text.
• We use this to correct content, prioritize guides, and respond when a reply is requested.

We use Ruvoya's internal analytics and Yandex Metrica to understand which guides, wizards, source links, and partner redirects are working.

• Offer redirects through /go can record the offer slug, time, referrer, and a coarse browser/device signal.
• Google Analytics runs on public pages to count page views, traffic sources, and basic engagement.
• Yandex Metrica runs on public pages to count visits, traffic sources, link clicks, click maps, and Webvisor session replay.
• Feedback message and email fields are marked so Webvisor should not record typed content; do not enter documents or sensitive identity data.
• Google Analytics and Metrica may use cookies or localStorage. We use them for site analytics, not user profiles or document collection.
• Analytics are used for product quality, abuse prevention, and partner disclosure checks.
• We do not sell personal document data because we do not collect it.

Ruvoya links to official sources, providers, partner offers, and practical supporting pages. Their privacy rules are separate from ours.

• Check the official domain before entering personal information.
• Partner links are routed through /go and are disclosed near the call to action.
• Never send documents through a messenger to someone you do not trust.
