Fast path

Do this in order

Start here if you only need the order. Detailed notes are lower on this page.

  1. Step 1

    Check e-visa eligibility

Open the official MFA country list and entry conditions. If your citizenship or purpose is not covered, use another visa route.

Tip: Check the citizenship of the exact passport you will use to enter.

  2. Step 2

Apply only through the MFA portal

Use evisa.kdmid.ru or the MFA mobile app linked from that portal. Do not enter passport data on lookalike intermediary sites.

Tip: Check the domain before entering passport data or paying.

  3. Step 3

Verify passport data, dates, and stay limit

Before submitting, check passport number, date of birth, name spelling, entry date, and stay length. An issued e-visa usually cannot be corrected.

Tip: Save the PDF, application number, and account access offline.

  4. Step 4

Connect e-visa to the next tasks

After entry, you may still need a migration card, migration registration, insurance, cash, and connection. Open separate Ruvoya cards for those tasks.

Tip: E-visa validity and migration registration deadlines are different.
