    Check whether your entry falls under RuID

    Open MFA entry conditions, Resolution 1510, and RuID explanations. For visa-free entry after 1 July 2026, treat RuID as required unless an official source places you in an exception.

    Download RuID only from official channels

    Official notices name RuStore, Google Play, AppGallery, and App Store. Do not install APKs from random links.

    Submit the application in advance

    MinTsifry explained the general rule as submission at least 72 hours before entry. The 4-hour emergency route is narrow and tied to documented urgent treatment, serious illness, or death of a close relative.

  4. Step 4

    Keep normal documents ready

    RuID does not replace passport, legal entry basis, migration card, stay address, or receiving-party requirements.
