China: Russia entry requirements

The MFA table currently lists PRC ordinary passports as visa-free up to 30 days until 14 September 2026, and China also appears on the unified e-visa country list. Treat this as volatile and recheck before booking.

For travel on or after 2026-07-01, treat RuID as required if you choose the visa-free branch. If you choose e-visa or another visa route, follow that route's official rules instead.

Assumptions

• You will enter Russia with a passport issued by China.
• You are planning an ordinary short stay, not a diplomatic, crew, employment, residence, asylum, or special-permit route.
• You will recheck the MFA table, e-visa service, carrier, and consular route close to the travel date.
