Papua New Guinea: Russia entry requirements

Papua New Guinean citizens appear on the MFA unified e-visa country list. Use e-visa only if the purpose, passport, timing, checkpoint, insurance, and stay conditions fit; otherwise check a regular visa.

RuID is not the primary check for this route. Do not apply visa-free RuID instructions to a regular visa, e-visa, residence, work, or study route unless an official source says it fits your case.

This nationality has a narrow APEC card exception marked RUS. Do not treat that as ordinary passport visa-free tourism.
