How to download and set up Yandex Maps

    Download the app

    Android: open www.rustore.ru/catalog/app/ru.yandex.yandexmaps. iPhone: search for Yandex Maps in the App Store. Browser: yandex.ru/maps.

    Tip: Check the developer: ООО «ЯНДЕКС».

  2. Step 2

    Allow location

    On first launch, allow location access while using the app.

    Tip: Without location, routes still work, but you must enter the start point manually.

  3. Step 3

    Build a route

    Enter an address or station, tap Route, choose public transport, metro, walking, or taxi. Save your housing address to favorites.

    Tip: Download an offline city map in advance if mobile internet is unstable.
