New Zealand: Russia entry requirements

New Zealand citizens should start with a regular Russian visa source check. This country is not on the MFA unified e-visa list, and the MFA entry table lists visas for all passport types unless a narrow special exception applies.

RuID is not the primary check for this route. Do not apply visa-free RuID instructions to a regular visa, e-visa, residence, work, or study route unless an official source says it fits your case.

This nationality has a narrow APEC card exception marked RUS. Do not treat that as ordinary passport visa-free tourism.
